Once Upon a Room (OUR) is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing joy to chronically ill and trauma patients by personalizing their hospital rooms. The organization faced challenges achieving cohesive branding across social media and aligning it with its website; accessibility issues, content overload, and a fragmented user experience made a website update imperative to the nonprofit’s reach and online user experience. Roxo worked closely with OUR to streamline its content, improve accessibility, and create a unified, impactful brand presence across all platforms. The outcome: more room for joy.
