North Texas Leaders & Executives Advocating Diversity (North Texas LEAD) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting experienced, diverse professionals with top employers in the North Texas region. Its mission focuses on promoting workplace diversity and inclusion by recruiting, preparing, and linking job seekers with organizations committed to building inclusive leadership teams. Roxo’s Green Team worked with North Texas LEAD to create a new logo, brand guidelines, social media templates, and interview videos with current LEAD candidates and alumni. The team also visited various LEAD events to capture photos for an image library, and Roxo helped pitch the team's work to the board of directors.
